A library you can make yours

When can I actually start using it?
Within 48 hours of paying, usually sooner. We set up your web address and check the workspace by hand first, so there is no sign-up-and-you-are-live. You can cancel from Billing during the wait.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days, on Starter monthly. Not on Branded, and not on any prepaid term, because those carry the money-back guarantee instead. A card is needed to start a trial, and nothing is charged during it.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
Prepaid terms only (every 3 months or yearly, either plan), within 30 days of your first payment. Month-to-month is not covered: just cancel, and you pay to the end of the month.
How much do you take from what my clients pay me?
Nothing. Payments run through your own Stripe account and we never hold your funds. Stripe's own processing fees are between you and Stripe.
What happens at 5 clients on Starter?
People can still sign up to your workspace for free — they wait on your client list and you can see every one of them. A sixth client cannot be taken on until you upgrade to Branded, which you can do from inside the app. A client counts from the moment you take them on and stops counting only if you delete their record, so un-assigning someone does not free a place. The limit is enforced in our database, not just in the interface, so we would rather tell you now than surprise you.
Do you sync with Google Calendar?
Not yet. It is built and waiting on Google's review, so we are not selling it. Everything here works without it.
Does Coachew email or notify my clients?
No. There is no automatic messaging yet: you copy a client's sign-up link and send it however you already talk to them. Session reminders are still on you.
Is there a mobile app?
No download and no app store. Coachew runs in a browser and is built to be used from a phone during a session. You can also add it to a phone's home screen, so it opens from an icon like any other app, and on Branded your clients get your workspace's own name and icon there instead of ours.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your Billing page, which opens Stripe's own portal. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Outside the guarantee we do not refund unused time.
Who are you?
Coachew is operated by HACHI SOFTWARE SYSTEMS in Malaysia. It is an early-stage product, and we say so in our terms rather than pretending otherwise.
